Once your team captain has paid & registered for the race you can join their team.
Teammates if your captain sent you an invite email but you lost it, not worries. All you need to know is your team name. Just look up your team captain's name and find out the team name and then join a team.
All registered teams are automatically registered as Standard Teams and will be strategically assigned to a start wave. A limited number of VIP Teams are available for upgrade purchase. VIP Teams are able to choose and guarantee their start wave and will also receive an awesome SWAG Package for their team. Team captains may upgrade to VIP during the registration process or at any time prior to 30 days from race day. Click here if your team is registered and wants to go for it!

Just when you thought the day couldn’t get any better, it does.
If a race sells out, the following Automatic Entry criteria are the only exceptions that will allow a team to register for the race. Registrations must be received 31 days prior to race day and teams must meet the Final Roster Deadline.
All runners under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver. Individuals under the age of 12 are not permitted to run in the Market to Market® Relay.
Team entry fees are non-refundable. Sorry, no exceptions. Any roster changes including captain or runner substitutions should be made via the online Team Roster Tool.
This policy stays in effect whether one of your runners is injured or you have an unexpected business or family emergency. Any inquiry regarding this policy will be directed back to this page.
The entry fee for this year's event is only transferable to next year's event for a $100 fee. A transfer request form and payment must be received more than 60 days prior to race day. Should your team make the transfer to next year’s event and not compete, 100% of your registration fee will be forfeited.
Transfers are not accepted and not permitted to next year’s event if race day is less than 60 days from the time of your transfer request. Any inquiry regarding this policy will be directed back to this page.
Due to adverse weather or otherwise dangerous conditions, the event may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation under such circumstances, we are not able to provide refunds. However, team captains will be guaranteed entry into the following year’s Market to Market® Relay of the same location and will a receive 25% discount off of the following year’s team entry fee.
Once you have registered for the race, your team captain will be emailed a link to the Team Roster Tool. From here your team captain will determine your team name and division and will also invite teammates. Once teammates are invited, they can login via the Team Roster Tool and complete or update their personal information including shirt size, 10k time and sign the online waiver.
